BUSINESS AND INVESTMENT VISAS : Business Investment Visas - If you have £200,000+ of available capital and are willing to invest it in a UK business as a working investment,  and your investment creates new employment for two UK residents, then you can move to the UK to manage your business investment. You can be accompanied by your husband or wife and any children under 18 years of age. The person will be expected to be a senior employee recruited overseas and should have full UK operational control and decision making capacity. The Business Representative can be joined by their husband or wife and children under 18 years of age. After five years in the UK, the Business Representative and family can apply for permanent settlement in the UK. After an additional year, it should be possible to apply for full British Nationality.
